While we do specialize in certain areas, we can help you with any kind of getaway. Honeymoons, anniversaries, family trips, birthdays, bachelor/ette parties, babymoons, "need to get away now" etc. — you name it! We can also help with any destination wedding planning or group travel needs. We have a few different planning options to fit your budget. If you don't see one that is tailored to what you want/need, please feel free to reach out and ask. If we feel like we cannot create the best possible experience for you, we will refer you to another Virtuoso agent who specializes in that area.

What benefits are there to hiring a travel agent?
We are the experts! Would you go to a heart doctor for a tooth ache? With our experience and knowledge, we can curate and manage all details of your trip including flights, transport, and accommodation, as well as provide valuable advice regarding activities and important travel information. Ultimately this leaves you with more time to relax, explore, and enjoy your vacation without worrying about planning, booking, and logistics! We take care of any issues that arise before, during, and after your trip and provide a level of security and reassurance that automated platforms and direct bookings lack. What is the difference between a travel agent vs. travel advisor vs. travel planner?
No matter what you call us, we provide advice on destinations, attractions or activities specific to your vacation. We also offer tips on how to make the most out of your trip by providing recommendations on what to do or where to go based on their own experience. We specialize in helping travelers find the ideal destination for their budget and preferences.​

Can you still help me if I don't live near your office?
Yes! In fact, all of our communication will be via email, phone, or text so location is not an issue at all!
Can I use points or miles towards the flights in my package?
We cannot buy flight tickets with points or miles on your behalf because it gets a little sticky having to use your personal username and password, but we can help you find the flight that is the best use for your miles! We can even help you decide which travel credit card to sign up for.
Do I need travel insurance? Do you offer it?
Yes! We do offer travel insurance and highly recommend it to all our clients. Pricing for our insurance plans are based off the ages of the travelers and the package price.
Do you price match?
Yes! While we try to give our clients the best possible prices in our quotes, we can still price match if you find something lower. In most cases, we can price match online competitors such as Booking.com or Hotels.com as long as the packages are comparable. Most online competitors don’t include transfers or hotel taxes/fees. We do not price match with international online competitors. We cannot price match other travel agencies or companies that have their own travel agency program. Ex: AAA, BJs, Sams Club, Costco etc. The same goes with using their rewards systems like “Sams Club Cash” or hotel rewards programs such as “Melia Rewards” or “IHG Loyalty.”
